Projectors have become more and more portable nowadays, the same road that most devices today have also gone through. There are now even mini projectors that can accommodate the use of portable players, smartphones and other devices. The new BenQ Joybee GP2 Mini Projector belongs in this new category for projectors.

The BenQ Joybee GP2 Mini Projector is the next installment for BenQ’s popular GP1 projector. It is a 3 LED illumination DLP Projector that comes in a palm-sized device that weighs 565 grams. It is an A/V multimedia projector with various connectivity options. It can be used for USB devices as well as reading SD card files. It comes featured with a document viewer for Microsoft Office and PDF documents.

The BenQ Joybee GP2 Mini Projector also supports 720p HD video and has a mini-HDMI port for connecting with tablets and smartphones. 2GB onboard memory storage makes it possible to transfer files from devices and into the mini-projector. It also comes integrated with an iPhone and iPod dock. A built-in 2W speaker makes it a truly multimedia device. The BenQ Joybee GP2 Mini Projector is available at BenQ for 62,800 Japanese Yen or around US$549.
