The Sims are back and this time they are now playable on your Apple device. The Sims FreePlay provides you, the omnipotent overlord, full control on a number of Sim characters, much like the desktop editions. You can control your Sims to do every possible task at hand, including falling in love and commanding them to go to the bathroom. You can control up to 16 different Sims with over 1,200 customization options to decorate their homes, as well as a selection of pets.

The best part about The Sims FreePlay is that it is free to download on iTunes, but it requires some in-game purchases to advance. It can be played on the iPad, iPhone, and iPod Touch. Sorry, no naked cheat code.

Rapper 50 Cent graced the people in downtown Manhattan of his presence as he presented his very own line of headphones. As chronicled by this blog for several months, the headphones–namely Street by 50 and Sync by 50–are products of Fifty-owned SMS Audio. You can tell the two apart by its connectivity: the Sync by 50 is wireless, while Street by 50 comes with the usual wires found in other cans.

Sync by 50 features 40mm drivers with Kleer wireless technology integration, making it the only wireless headphones in the market to have full on-board controls. The headphones can be used by up to four people listening from one media source and up to 50 feet away. The Kleer technology gives 16-bit digital sound to the cans, giving it clear-quality sound even without the wires. Sync by 50 is available in black and white color options.

Meanwhile, Street by 50 headphones also has 40mm drivers and is made from ultra-flexible polymer, making it able to bend every which way. Test reviews from TechCrunch have been positive so far, saying the bass was “impressive without losing the mids and highs.” Street by 50 comes in black and blue color options.

Both headphones by 50 Cent are now available. Street by 50 and Sync by 50 cost $299.95 and $399.95 respectively.
